The Constant Contact interface is easy to navigate and use, which is what we like about them. What we don’t like about them is the extensive set of features they offer, which can be a challenge for new users, but is great for advanced users.

Vertical Response is somewhat newer than other providers, but it’s an established email marketing provider. They have an easy to use interface, very affordable pricing, and great customer support they’ve become known for.
